The service history for your house

Every house should know who installed it.

Installers log what they fit and stick a QR code on it. Homeowners scan it and keep every certificate, warranty and installer’s number in one home file — for as long as they own the house.

How it works

  1. 1

    The installer logs it

Make, model, serial, photos, the compliance certificate and the warranty — two minutes on a phone at the end of the job. The item gets its own QR sticker.

  2. 2

    The homeowner scans it

They see what it is and who installed it, and add it to their home file with an email address. No app, no password.

  3. 3

    The home file keeps it

Every installer adds their work to the same file. When something breaks, scan the sticker and call the person who fitted it.

For installers

Your number on every job you’ve done.

  • The call comes back to you

Your company and number are on the sticker and in the home file. When it needs a service, they call you — not whoever comes up first on Google.

  • Told when a service is due

We email you when your installs are due a service, with the owner’s number when they have agreed to be contacted. One tap to WhatsApp them.

  • Proof you did it right

Photos, the date and your certificate, on record. Useful the day there is a dispute or an insurance claim.

  • Look like the professional you are

A clean handover record beats a certificate in a cooler box.

  • See your stickers working

Every scan is counted, so you know which jobs are still bringing in work.

For homeowners

Your whole house, in one file.

  • Scanned a sticker?

It shows what the item is and who installed it. Tap “Add to my home file”, enter your email, and confirm from your inbox. That is all.

  • Something broke

Scan the sticker on it: the installer’s number, the install date and the warranty are right there.

  • Insurance claim

Insurers can ask for the compliance certificate. Yours is in the file, not in a drawer.

  • Bring in the rest

Send your other installers one link. What they log lands in the same file. Selling the house? Hand the file to the buyer in two taps.

On a new build

Up to 17 installers. One handover.

Builders set the house up once and send every subcontractor the same link. At handover the owner gets the certificates, warranties and contacts for everything in the house — not a shoebox of paper.

Already living in your home?

We’ll come and build it for you.

Most homes were finished long before anyone kept a record. We visit, go through the house and build the home file ourselves.

  • Everything found and labelled

Geyser, inverter, gate motor, DB board, pool pump, aircons — each one photographed, its make, model and serial recorded, and a QR sticker put on it.

  • Your papers, in one place

Certificates, warranties and manuals from the drawer go into the file, with the installer’s name wherever you know it.

  • What’s missing, in writing

Which certificates are not there and which services are overdue — useful before you sell, and before you claim.

For example: selling soon, solar and a borehole, best days to visit.
